Although, the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games has now come to a close, if you like me and want to remember an awesome 2 weeks of Olympics you can buy the Opening and Closing Ceremonies at BC Place from iTunes, if you did not record it on your PVR. The ceremonies are $1.99 each or $2.99 for the both and are downloadable in .mov format. Even if you have recorded it on your PVR it's not easily transferrable to your Mac. I will write an upcoming post on how to transfer recordings from your PVR to your Mac.Alternatively, if you want coverage of the complete two weeks, CTV is selling a commemorative 5 DVD set which you can pre-order. Good thing about DVDs, you can watch them on your TV or on your Mac. You can also transfer them to iTunes on your Mac using the Handbrake or MacTheRipper applications, both free downloads. I am looking forward to buying this commemorative set of DVDs and reliving every moment especially the Gold Medal Men's Hockey Game. I am still getting over the Olympic Fever and what better way than to watch it all on my Mac.
